Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. The total is shown before you complete your purchase.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier, and we aren't able to cover losses caused by an incorrect address.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
